R&D and Quality Control

In our laboratory, product samples from our customers are analyzed and correct formulations are created before production. Our manufactured products are re-analyzed and subjected to quality tests before delivery. Our products that pass the quality control are approved for delivery and delivered to our customers. The analysis and test methods carried out in our laboratory are as follows;

1. With the Tensile Tear Test, the final strength, breaking strength and elongation of PE Films are measured. Our measurements are ASTM D 882 Test Standard, the world class tensile rupture test method.

2. Thickness control with micron test.

3. Determines color differences in products with Color Control.

4. The puncture point is measured with the Dart Drop Test. Our measurements are in accordance with the ASTM D 1709 Test Standard, the world-class Impact test method.
